MAG 3100 - DN80 - PTFE Liner

The MAG 3100 is an economical electromagnetic flow sensor designed to withstand the most extream processes . Used in applications where high accuracy and long service intervals are a must.
The standard meters are Mains powered 115-230 V AC 50 - 60 Hz (IP67 Rated) but other power options are availble.

This item is for:

Size = DN80 / Qmax 160m3/hr
Max Temp = Standard 100C (option to 180 C)
Outputs = 2 Pulse outputs
Flanges = PN10/40
Liner = PTFE
Electrodes AISI 316 Ti (1.4571) Other Electrode Material available as options.

Installation is easy - there is a simple sensor that needs to be bolted in place before operation. Connect the power, the flowmeter comes complete with a compact transmitter.
There will be no need for regular maintenance.

High accuracy down to 0.25% of rate with Mag 6000 Transmitter (Standard unit 0.5% UKAS Certified).
